  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • dash of oregano
  • 1 head broccoli (flowerets only)

Directions

    Boil the broccoli flowerets and saute onion in oil.

    Mix eggs with Bisquick.

    Mix everything together and put in baking dish (10-inch glass greased pie plate).

    Spread grated cheese (Parmesan) on top and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
