- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. frozen or cooked vegetables
Directions

1Coat pan with butter.

2Put vegetables on bottom.

3Grate cheese and put over vegetables.

4Mix milk, flour and eggs.

5Pour over vegetables.

6Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes until brown.

7Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
