  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. frozen or cooked vegetables

    Coat pan with butter.

    Put vegetables on bottom.

    Grate cheese and put over vegetables.

    Mix milk, flour and eggs.

    Pour over vegetables.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes until brown.

    Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
