- 4 c. grapes
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 c. sparkling white wine
Directions

1Halve and seed grapes.

2Place grape halves in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

3Let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour, toss often.

4Sprinkle with vinegar, toss and refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

5Divide grapes among 6 individual bowls or goblets.

6Pour about 1/2 cup wine into each bowl and serve.
