  • 1 pastry shell (unbaked)
  • 6 slices bacon or ham, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. cooked, minced onion or dried onion equivalent
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Spread bacon (ham), onion and cheese in pastry shell.

    Mix together milk, evaporated milk, eggs and salt.

    Pour over ingredients in pastry.

    Dust with nutmeg.
