- 1 (10-inch) pie shell
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 5 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 slices bacon, cut in halves
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard (optional)
Directions

1Sprinkle cheese and 1/2 of the bacon into pastry shell.

2Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese and bacon. Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 10 minutes.

3Top with bacon halves and continue baking for 35 minutes or until firm and browned.

4Cut into wedges.
