  • 8 strips bacon or 1/2 c. cubed ham
  • 1/2 c.shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. frozen broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Fry bacon.

    Drain and chop. Put in pie shell.

    Sprinkle with cheese, mushrooms and broccoli.

    Blend eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over meat and vegetables.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
