  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sauteed
  • 8 paper thin slices ham, shredded
  • 8 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. light cream
  • pastry shell
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Sprinkle bacon and onion over crust.

    Add ham and cheese. Beat eggs, mustard and cream.

    Pour over ham and cheese.

    Sprinkle nutmeg on top; bake at 350°.

    Green pepper and mushrooms may also be added to the sauteed onions.
