- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. half and half milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Crumble bacon on bottom of pastry shell; add onion, then add Cheddar cheese.

2Beat eggs; add half and half milk along with flour and dry mustard.

3Add a dash of cayenne pepper.

4Pour into pastry shell and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
