- 1/2 can crushed French fried onion rings
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Layer bacon, cheese and onions in bottom of baked pastry shell. Blend eggs, milk, salt, sugar and pepper.

2Pour over bacon mixture. Microwave on High-medium (70%) 12 to 14 minutes, rotating dish once or twice, if needed.
