- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry shell.

2Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.

3Pour cream mixture into pie shell.

4Bake 15 minutes at 425°.

5Reduce oven temperature to 300° and bake 30 minutes longer.

6Check for doneness with a knife in the center.
