- 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- dash of nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Sprinkle bacon and cheese over bottom of pie crust in pan.

3Beat eggs; add all other ingredients and mix well.

4Pour mixture over bacon and cheese.

5Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 325° for 20 minutes.
