  • 1 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 12 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese

Directions

    Rub butter into pie crust bottom.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into crust.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce temperature to 325° and cook for 35 minutes.
