  • 1 can creamed corn (15 oz.)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (15 oz.)
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy muffin corn mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix corn, eggs and sour cream.

    Stir in Jiffy mix.

    Blend in melted oleo.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to one hour.

    Cut should come out clean.
