- 1 pkg. pie crust mix, prepared
- 4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (reserve fat)
- 1 small onion, chopped coarse
- 1/4 c. ham, chopped (we sometimes use Canadian bacon, too)
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. light cream
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Prepare pie crust according to the package directions and line an 8-inch pie pan.

2Bake for 10 minutes at 425° and cool.

3Using some of the bacon fat, saute onion until tender and spread with bacon, ham and cheese in pie shell.
