- 2 (9-inch) pie shells, uncooked
- 1 lb. bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 c. half and half cream
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, pour into shells.

2Heat oven to 425°. Put pies in oven and bake 15 minutes.

3Reduce heat to 300° and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

4Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.

5Serve with garden salad.
