Thai Style Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 hot chili
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp palm sugar
  • 2/3 cup mix fruits in your refrigerator,i have grapes,corn,kiwi,green apple,mangosteen etc.
  • 1 tbsp nuts you have,i use cashew nuts
  • 5 prawns ,blanched
  • 1 pestel and mortar

Directions

    Chop ,dice ,fruits you have ,this may including some carrots,some tomato,some beans,some corn,grapes,kiwi etc.

    By pestel and mortar ,first crush chili and garlic ,i add in 6 chili you can reduce to 2 if you dont like spicy

    Add palm sugar ,fish sauce,lime juice ,grind to mix

    Add mix fruits and cooked prawns ,mix softly by spoon,serve as lite salad :)
