Thai Style Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 6 hot chili
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp palm sugar
- 2/3 cup mix fruits in your refrigerator,i have grapes,corn,kiwi,green apple,mangosteen etc.
- 1 tbsp nuts you have,i use cashew nuts
- 5 prawns ,blanched
- 1 pestel and mortar
Directions

1Chop ,dice ,fruits you have ,this may including some carrots,some tomato,some beans,some corn,grapes,kiwi etc.

2By pestel and mortar ,first crush chili and garlic ,i add in 6 chili you can reduce to 2 if you dont like spicy

3Add palm sugar ,fish sauce,lime juice ,grind to mix

4Add mix fruits and cooked prawns ,mix softly by spoon,serve as lite salad :)
