- 1 baked pastry shell
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Prepare pastry shell; set aside.

2Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of baked pastry shell.

3Mix eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

4Pour over ingredients in the pastry shell.

5Cook, uncovered, in microwave oven for 9 1/2 to 11 minutes or until set; rotate the pie 1/4 turn once.

6Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
