- 8 oz. Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 8 slices crisply crumbled cooked bacon
- dash of pepper
- 9-inch frozen pie crust
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Cut cheese into thin strips and toss with flour.

3In large bowl, beat eggs slightly.

4Add half and half, onion, bacon, pepper and cheese; mix well.

5Pour into pastry lined pan.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean.

7Cool 10 minutes before serving.
