- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine half and half, eggs and seasonings; mix well.

3Toss cheese with flour.

4Add cheese and bacon to the egg mixture.

5Pour into a pastry shell.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
