- 12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. light cream or whipping cream
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Prepare pastry for 9-inch crust.

3Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry-lined pie pan.

4Blend remaining ingredients with mixer.

5Pour into pie pan.

6Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300°.

7Bake pie 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.

8Let pie stand 10 minutes before cutting.

9Serve in wedges.
