- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. cream
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Crumble bacon in pie crust along with cheese and onion.

3Beat eggs with remaining ingredients.

4Pour into pie crust.

5Bake 15 minutes at 450°.

6Reduce heat to 300° and bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.

7Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
