  • 9-inch pastry crust
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. cream
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne

Directions

    Heat oven to 425°.

    Crumble bacon in pie crust along with cheese and onion.

    Beat eggs with remaining ingredients.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake 15 minutes at 450°.

    Reduce heat to 300° and bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
