- 2 large pita bread rounds
- Thousand Island salad dressing
- 2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. very thinly sliced corned beef
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 dill or sweet pickle slices
Directions

1Use the scissors to cut each pita in half crosswise (so you have 4 half circles).

2Spread the inside of pita pockets with salad dressing.

3Put in the corned beef along with cheese slices. Add lettuce leaves and pickle slices to each pocket.
