  • 2 large pita bread rounds
  • Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. very thinly sliced corned beef
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 dill or sweet pickle slices

Directions

    Use the scissors to cut each pita in half crosswise (so you have 4 half circles).

    Spread the inside of pita pockets with salad dressing.

    Put in the corned beef along with cheese slices. Add lettuce leaves and pickle slices to each pocket.
