- 1 lb. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 to 2 c. diced ham
- 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. unwhipped cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
Directions

1Brown bacon, then fry onion, mushrooms and ham in the grease. Sprinkle cheese into bottom of pie crust, then add bacon and ham. Beat the remaining ingredients together and pour over the cheese, bacon and ham mixture.

2Bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes.

3Knife inserted in center should come out clean.

4Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
