- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk or half and half
- dash of salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley and garlic salt
Directions

1Bake 1 (9-inch) pie crust at 400° for 10 minutes.

2Saute onions in bacon drippings; crumble bacon.

3Line bacon, onions and cheese on pie crust.

4Mix eggs (slightly beaten) with milk and seasonings.
