- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- baked pie shell
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Place bacon on roasting rack.

4Combine eggs, half and half, green onion, flour, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper in medium bowl.

5Beat with a wire whisk or electric mixer until blended.

6Microwave at Medium until thoroughly heated and slightly thickened.

7Put bacon in pastry shell.

8Sprinkle with cheese.

9Put hot egg mixture over cheese.

10Microwave at Medium until center is set but not dry, 16 to 25 minutes.
