  • 1 small pkg. yellow rice (cooked as directed)
  • 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can Mexicorn
  • Velveeta slices

Directions

    Cook rice; add butter to hot rice to melt, then add mushrooms, soup and corn.

    Pour into buttered dish and top with cheese slices.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
