Ingredients
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. precooked ham (in small pieces)
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
- 6 oz. Colby or Cheddar, cubed
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. whole milk or 2%
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp. or less salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- uncooked pie shell
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in margarine until tender; in blender on mix speed, beat the eggs, evaporated milk and whole milk together.

2Add flour and cheeses and blend a few seconds. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion and green pepper.

3Add salt and nutmeg.

4Mix in ham pieces and mix well.

5Pour mixture into prepared, unbaked pie shell.

6Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife blade inserted in center comes out clean.
