   Select your favorite flavor and brand of cake mix. Spray desired size pan or pans with cooking spray. Prepare according to package directions with the following modifications.

   Add 1 tablespoon of flour to the dry mix and blend well. Substitute an equal amount of Mott's natural applesauce for vegetable oil and substitute an equal amount of egg whites for the whole eggs. Cool in pan or pans on rack. Remove when cool. Frost cake and garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
