  • 8 (7 to 8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno chile peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

Directions

    Place 4 tortillas on ungreased cookie sheets.

    Top each with 1/4 Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, peppers and onion to within 1/2-inch of edges.

    Top with remaining tortillas.
