  • 1 white cake mix with pudding in mix
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 c. chopped apples
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    In a large bowl, dump dry cake mix and all other ingredients. Beat on high about 4 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
