Ingredients

  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. chopped apples
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Melt oleo in a 9-inch pie plate. Stir in sugar, flour and egg. (I just mix in pie dish.)

    Stir in chopped apples and sprinkle over top with cinnamon.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.

    Serve while hot topped with vanilla ice cream.

    Serves 3.
