- 4 lean pork loin butterfly chops (no bone)
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes with onions, green pepper and celery included
- 4 Tbsp. raw rice
Directions

1Sear and brown pork chops in a skillet.

2Remove and place them in a covered casserole dish.

3Put 1 tablespoon raw rice on top of each pork chop.

4Pour stewed tomatoes over all.

5Cover and bake in oven about 350° for 1 hour.
