Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. brown gravy
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 lb. penne pasta (short, small pasta tubes)
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Bring 4 cups water to a boil.

2Add oil to frying pan and add hamburger and garlic.

3Saute until tender, then drain excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients except the Mozzarella cheese and the pasta.

4Simmer the mixture while the pasta cooks until just barely tender.

5Drain pasta and mix with the sauce.

6Pour all into a 3-quart baking dish and top with the Mozzarella cheese.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes.
