- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drained and chopped
- 1/3 c. white wine
Directions

1Place cream cheese and soup in a 4 ounce cup glass measure. Microwave at Medium 50% power 5 to 6 minutes or until soup and cheese are smooth.

2Stir every 2 minutes.

3Add canned shrimp and next 3 ingredients.

4Microwave at Medium 4 minutes.

5Garnish with whole shrimp if desired.

6Serve with sweet red or green pepper slices, endive and breadsticks.
