  • 6 hoagie rolls
  • 1 packages Lloyd's Shredded Beef Brisket
  • 1 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 oz dill relish/sliced pickles
  • 1 oz mustard

Directions

    toast and slice hoagies in half.

    cook Lloyd's shredded beef brisket as directed on packaging (can be found near the meats at your local grocery store)

    in small bowl combine relish (or roughly chop about 10 sliced pickles), the onion (sliced) and mustard together until thoroughly coated.

    remove meat from microwave and peel back plastic film.
  5. 5
    add bbq sauce and stir well.

    place meat on bottom of roll.

    top with mixture from the small bowl and cover with the other slice of the roll.

    serve while hot, but taste just as great cold.
