Quick Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh or cooked beef, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 1 can or jar mushroom gravy
- water (enough to cover stew)
- 2 tsp. or cubes bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning and any favorite seasoning you like
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1If using fresh beef, put 1 tablespoon of oil in pan.

2Add beef and fry until brown.

3Add mushroom gravy and a couple cans or jars of water.

4Add seasonings and bouillon.

5Bring to a boil, then simmer while preparing veggies.

6Add and simmer until done.

7If using leftover beef, skip the frying step.

8Serve with warm French bread.
