Quick Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh or cooked beef, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 can or jar mushroom gravy
  • water (enough to cover stew)
  • 2 tsp. or cubes bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning and any favorite seasoning you like
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    If using fresh beef, put 1 tablespoon of oil in pan.

    Add beef and fry until brown.

    Add mushroom gravy and a couple cans or jars of water.

    Add seasonings and bouillon.

    Bring to a boil, then simmer while preparing veggies.

    Add and simmer until done.

    If using leftover beef, skip the frying step.

    Serve with warm French bread.
