  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 2 c. beef broth
  • 2 c. cubed potatoes, uncooked
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Brown beef in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring to crumble.

    Drain off drippings.
