- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crust
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and sugar in a medium bowl.

2Add blueberries; toss gently.

3Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.

4Sprinkle lemon juice over mixture and dot with butter.

5Cut pastry to fit top.

6Place over filling.

7Make several cuts in pastry to allow steam to escape.

8Bake at 450° for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden.
