  • 8 cups stemmed and chopped Lacinato kale
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
