Quick Breakfast Pizza

  • 1 can pizza dough I used Pillsbury thin crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 strips bacon you could use breakfast sausage also
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Cut dough into 5 inch circles, I was able to get 4 individual pizzas. I used a bowl turned upside down to cut the dough.

    Brush each pizza with melted butter.

    Prepare pizza dough according to package.
  4. 4
    Cook bacon on stove top while pizza dough is cooking.
  5. 5
    Half way through the dough cooking crack one egg onto each pizza and season with salt and pepper.

    Continue cooking until the crust is golden brown and the egg is cooked to your liking.

    Remove from oven top with bacon or sausage.
