  • 1/2 lb. fine noodles, cooked, drained and set aside
  • 2 lb. ground chuck, sauteed
  • 2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Cook noodles; drain and set aside. Saute ground chuck and onions. Combine remaining ingredients together. Heat and add to meat mixture. Spread noodles in a 3-quart casserole dish; cover with meat mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over this. Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes. Remove and top with cashew nuts (optional) or 1 can Chinese chow mein noodles. Place in oven for 10 minutes longer.
