Quick & Cheesy Pasta Bake

- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 12 cup of grated cheese
- 12 cup frozen corn (optional)
- mixed Italian herbs, and (optional)
- spices (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180C.

2Grease a baking tray.

3Boil a saucepan of water, add penne (and frozen corn).

4When al dente, remove from heat and drain well.

5But the pasta back in the saucepan, and add the tomato paste (and seasoning i.e.

6pepper, dried herbs).

7Mix until the pasta is covered in tomato paste.

8Spread onto the baking tray, and cover evenly with cheese.

9Bake for 7-15 minutes.

10Ready when the cheese has melted.
