Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked, deboned chicken or turkey
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 c. original Bisquick or reduced fat baking mix
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions

    Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic. Put into ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Stir baking mix and milk until blended; pour over chicken mixture.

    Sprinkle with parsley.

    Bake at 450° for 32 minutes or until crust is lightly golden brown.
