- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. chopped red and green peppers
- 1 pkg. chili seasoning
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can white kidney beans
- 1 can corn, drained
Directions

1Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.

2Saute in vegetable oil until brown.

3Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.

5Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese or sliced green onions, if desired.
