- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup water
- 2 carrots, cut in 1 inch slices
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
Directions

1Melt butter in deep skillet.

2Add chicken and cook until browned.

3Sprinkle chicken with seasonings.

4Add water; cover.

5Cook on med for 8 minutes.

6Add carrots, potatoes and peas.

7Bring to a boil.

8Reduce heat back to med; cook, covered for another 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
