  • 1 pkg. frozen asparagus or broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 4 servings cooked chicken, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. water or Rose wine
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Arrange vegetable in a shallow baking dish. Top with chicken slices.

    In a small bowl, blend soup and wine.

    Pour over all. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
