  • 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
  • 18 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
  • 3 c. garlic onion croutons
  • 18 tomato slices

    Cook and drain sausage.

    Place sausage in greased baking dish (13 x 9-inch).

    Beat eggs, milk and salt.

    Stir in cheese.

    Pour egg mixture over sausage.

    Sprinkle croutons on top.

    Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes.
