Quick Chicken Pie

  • 1 fryer, save broth
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 stick magarine
  • 1 1/4 c. broth
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Boil chicken, remove bones and put in a casserole dish. In same pot as chicken was boiled, mix broth and soup; pour over chicken.

    Add flour to melted margarine (in same boiling pot). Then slowly add milk to blend.

    Pour over chicken and bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until browned on top.
