  • 1 2/3 c. frozen or fresh mixed veggies
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. biscuit mix

Directions

    In a bowl, combine vegetables, soup and chicken. Transfer to an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. In another bowl, combine egg, milk and biscuit mix just until moistened. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
