- 1 c. rice
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 soup cans water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer or 6 chicken breasts
- 1/4 margarine, melted
Directions

1Pour rice evenly over bottom of well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Mix soups, water and salt; pour over rice.

3Coat chicken pieces with melted margarine; arrange in dish.

4Bake covered at 250° for 2 1/2 hours.
